The HYDMECH DC-360A+ is a fully automatic, servo-driven dual-column horizontal band saw engineered for high-volume, unattended production cutting. Built on a premium automation platform, the DC-360A+ integrates precision servo ball screw motion, PLC-controlled cycle sequencing, and closed-loop feedback systems to deliver consistent, repeatable results across long production runs.

Automatic Operation & Control System

The DC-360A+ utilizes a PLC-controlled automatic cycle sequencing system that manages material clamping, servo-driven indexing, saw head feed, blade motion, and automatic head return. A precision servo ball screw system governs both saw head movement and material indexing, ensuring consistent positioning and repeatable results throughout extended production runs.

The integrated touchscreen HMI provides intuitive setup for cut length, batch quantity, and cycle parameters, while closed-loop sensor feedback continuously monitors machine performance. A pressure-balancing hydraulic feed system automatically adjusts cutting force based on material conditions, improving blade life and cut quality while minimizing operator involvement.
